“CHANGE IS NOW”
Dear Afrikan is a village, platform, organization & movement that celebrates and contributes to the heritage, culture and continuos growth of the Afrikan people home, abroad and of all ages.
We recognize the Afrikan continent as one and our home. We acknowledge and welcome our brothers and sisters who have been displaced by slavery as we do our brothers and sisters on the Afrikan continent.
We will engage in past, future and current matters, celebrating our success while learning from our failures and all that affect the Afrikans.
We are also an educational platform for empowerment of the mind, soul and body of Afrikan people as they travel through time into our future.
As we all know, it takes a village to raise a child. There will be times when Dear Afrikan like any other Afrikan will exercise tough love because it takes a village to raise a child. At the end of the day it is all about the love for our people, our heritage, our tradition, our culture and most importantly our future.
WE ARE HAPPY TO BE AFRIKANS.
